Synergia acts as a professional vehicle sourcing consultant, logistics operator, and automotive merchant. Our primary service offerings include:

To initiate a vehicle sourcing campaign or authorize Synergia to submit binding bids at auction on your behalf, a refundable sourcing deposit is required prior to bid submission.

• Deposit Requirement: Deposit amounts vary depending on target vehicle valuation and auction parameters (typically £500 to £2,000).
• Bid Commitment: Upon your written confirmation of maximum bid ceiling, Synergia will bid at auction. If the bid is successful, the auction hammer price becomes a binding purchase contract, and your deposit will be applied directly toward the total invoice price.
• Non-Refundability Upon Successful Bid: Once a bid is won at auction, the deposit becomes non-refundable due to contractual commitments incurred with auction houses and logistics providers.
• Full Deposit Refund: If a target vehicle is not won or passes inspection criteria before bidding, your deposit remains 100% refundable upon written request, returned within 3-5 business days.

Every vehicle sourced or supplied by Synergia undergoes our standardized 150-Point Quality Audit covering powertrain condition, braking performance, electronic diagnostics, fluid health, and structural integrity.

Synergia provides enclosed vehicle transportation across the United Kingdom.

• Goods in Transit Insurance: All vehicles transported in our covered transporters are insured under Goods in Transit policy coverage up to designated vehicle values during transit.
• Handover of Risk: Title and risk of loss pass to the Client upon physical delivery and signing of the delivery handover note at the specified destination.
• Site Access Responsibility: The Client must ensure that delivery locations are accessible for commercial vehicle transporters. Any delays or re-delivery charges caused by restricted access will be billed to the Client.

All prices, sourcing commissions, and transport rates quoted on our platform or in invoices are in British Pounds (GBP £) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

Full invoice settlement must be completed via bank transfer (BACS / CHAPS) prior to vehicle dispatch or collection. Vehicles will not be released from workshop premises until funds have cleared in full.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or consumer protection legislation.

• Direct Sales Vehicles: Purchases of stock vehicles completed exclusively at a distance (without prior in-person viewing) carry a 14-day distance selling right of return, subject to vehicle condition guidelines and maximum mileage caps (typically 250 miles).
• Custom Sourced / Auction Vehicles: Vehicles specifically commissioned, sourced, and bid for under client-defined specifications are exempt from statutory distance selling cancellation rights once the auction purchase has concluded, as services are customized to your specific instruction.

All content, logos, designs, inspection software interfaces, code, imagery, and text featured on the Synergia platform are the property of Synergia Integrated Services Ltd and protected under UK and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Synergia Integrated Services Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of vehicle sourcing delays caused by third-party auction houses, shipping lines, or extreme weather conditions.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
